A roller skate cake for a roller skating party. 2 tiered cake topped with a rice crispy roller skate and covered in bright purple and green fondant. The cake had a tier of vanilla and a tier of chocolate. The skate had gumpaste wheels and fondant laces. The peace signs were piped out of royal icing and give the whole design a very groovy look. The cake serves up to 35.
